For six months a group meditated with Nithya Shanti three times a week. It began as 30 minute meditations and went on to 60 minute sessions and longer.

This is an in-depth and well laid out guide to meditation based on Nithya Shanti’s teachings. You will find over 80 guided meditations and a host of other useful resources here. The idea is to support those of you who want to have a regular meditation practice but aren’t sure where to start. With this course you can start our days with the luminous blessings of meditation, intention, inquiry and inspiration.

What are the takeaways from this course?

None whatsoever.

It’s not about accumulating anything, including knowledge. It’s about emptying ourselves. It’s about lightening the load. Letting go, entering the flow and basking in our natural glow.
